Nielsen’s Froz’n Lemon is made from the juice of fresh whole lemons. The lemon juice is extracted from the fresh lemons and concentrated under low temperatures and high vacuum, and blended with chilled fresh pulpy juice. The product is then quickly filled and frozen to 0°F (-18°C). This is the closest to freshly squeezed lemon juice and may be used as such.

Nielsen’s Froz’n Lemon may be blended with water for single strength lemon juice or used directly in recipes for reduced finish product. This is ideal for food service operators to make lemon meringue pies, lemonade, salad dressings, cocktails, sweet-sour mixes, sauces and marinades.
